AOTS

The Association for Overseas Technical Cooperation and Sustainable Partnerships (AOTS), established in 1959 with the support of the Japanese Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI). The main purpose of AOTS is to promote technical cooperation for the industrialization and development of developing contries and enhance mutual understanding and friendly relationship between those countries and Japan.








ANNUAL ACTIVITIES

Annual General Meeting (AGM)

AOTS annual general meeting is a formal gathering of the executive committee in which the annual report of the whole year is discussed, performance awards are presented to different committees and room for further enhancement is observed. After every three years elections are also conducted along AGM to elect the new executive body.

Cultural Night

AOTS Cultural Night is a family get together of AOTS members which is celebrated every year. The sole purpose of this event is to keep the AOTS family connected with each other. Envoys such as ambassadors are invited as chief guests. Shields are presented to the chief guests and our esteemed sponsors. Guests are also entertained by both Japanese and Pakistani cultural performances.

Inter Industrial Exchange Program

Inter Industrial Exchange Program is a Japanese technique of learning through which the participants are provided with an opportunity to visit, see and discuss the success story of the company. Visits are a good opportunity for them to understand company operations, key issues and their solutions, productivity management techniques and quality assurance measures. Industrial visits are arranged every year to keep the members aware of new advancements and professional practices observed at different manufacturing plants.
